Summary: Staff extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem or issue for them. Room and surrounds were very clean

Summary: The staff were helpful throughout our stay, particularly the staff member who checked us in, who was very pleasant, professional, and well presented. The room was clean and well maintained. The only aspect we would criticise is the air conditioning: the wall controller was not very responsive, even though it advised waiting six seconds, and the fan was quite noisy and tended to dry out the room quickly, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and offered a reasonable variety of food; however, having largely the same options each day became slightly monotonous. We would also prefer that staff guiding guests to their tables avoid handling cutlery where possible, as this would help reassure guests about hygiene, particularly in light of ongoing health concerns such as COVID-19, nipah virus and other infectious diseases.

Summary: Staff are so attentive and friendly, great facilities, buffet breakfast was beautiful, we stayed on a hot 45 degree day and the air conditioning and pool did not skip a beat. Loved that our room had a bath - a rare find in hotels these days. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Summary: Although staff are really friendly, the rooms are small and in need of updating and appear to have last been updated about 10-15yrs ago. The pool and pool area is quite small. The gym is quite tight when 5 or more people are using it. Not many fruit options available at breakfast like Asian hotels although breakfast is decent. No parking available for guests directly and you have to walk 350m to parking which is quite expensive. Overall not what I was expecting of the Hilton brand reputation. Honest feedback is 3 to 3.5 stars max overall.
